Zheng Wang has been awarded a Royal Society Industry Fellowship

Congratulations to Zheng Wang on being awarded a 4-year Royal Society Industry Fellowship. This prestigious fellowship will support his research on tackling a key challenge in computing: how to optimise and debug parallel programs, which will be transferred into an industry setting.

The Royal Society Industry Fellowship scheme was established to enable talented academic and industry scientists and engineers to move between these two sectors. Such secondments support the development of researchers, as well as foster the exchange of knowledge, longer-term collaborations, and the establishment of personal, scientific, and corporate connections between sectors.
